My bronze figurative sculpture follows in the oldest tradition of working from the figure with the intent of contributing something new through my hand and artistic sensibilities. I’ve been creating figurative sculpture since I was seven years old. The bronze sculptures are originally created in wax and then cast in bronze, using the lost wax process. They are then finished with a museum quality patina. 

I’m not interested in producing a mechanical duplication of the body but rather hope to create energy and movement in each piece. Working from the model or my imagination I try to create an intimacy that invites the viewer into the private world of each piece. A limited selection of my bronze sculptures are shown below.
